We have seating for 24 persons and at Spring 2020 our restaurant will be renovated to serve even more guests.
Our food has a story to tell. We want to offer you joy and experiences for all the senses. Carefully selected ingredients and drinks and skilfully prepared dishes transform sustenance into luxury.
We use local, seasonal, organic and wild ingredients and prepare them with love and honour for local traditions. But we do keep an open mind – our Arctic cuisine comes with a twist of international influences.
Seasonal changes and nature’s own food pantry provide our chef Petri an incredible opportunity to fulfil his passion for the pleasure of our guests. As a local, he knows the Arctic ingredients and local suppliers the best and can turn food into art. We also grow some vegetables, root vegetables and herbs of our own in our garden and green house. But best of all are the wild delicacies that grow right outside in the pure Arctic nature.
Alongside Petri works our chef Eduardo and head waiter Abraham from Spain. They both are very experienced professionals from Benahavis Area.
From our 5 or 7 course dinner menus you can find fantastic choices for a luxurious evening. We naturally offer carefully selected wines from all over the world to perfectly accompany our food.
Our restaurant is located in the main building of Sunday Morning Resort. We also have a very atmospheric ”kota”, which is a traditional Lappish outdoor hut with open fire. You can also make a reservation for a private dinner at hut (max 10 persons).
We also like to offer our guests culture events and happenings. We regularly arrange art exhibitions, concerts and special food&art- dinners with specific themes.
