Vignettes - Roope Avela & Jani Hujanen

Vignettes couloir caught my attention while returning from a glacier trip in Arolla, Switzerland. Last winter, Roope Avela and Jani Hujanen got a good opportunity to descend the gorge and spend the night before it at an altitude of over 3,000 meters.

Vita Bandet - Anniina Perätalo

After 73 days and 1,300 kilometers through the Scandinavian mountains, the Vita Bandet route was completed in spring 2023 by Anniina Perätalo. This project doesn’t just show the beauty of Arctic nature; it digs into the reality of long-haul winter adventures. Expect a short documentary and talk that gives you more than just pretty landscapes—get ready for real-world insights and tips for taking your winter trips up a notch.
