New Year at Pyhä
WELCOME TO CELEBRATE NEW YEAR TO PYHÄ!
During new year many restaurants in the area have special menus for New Year. It's good to book a table beforehand and good after party places are Calle, Sportbar Pyhä and HuttuPub.
The Pyhä ski lift's and slopes are open 26.12.-7.1. from 10-18 o' clock.
Pyhä Ski School organizes a torchlight skiing in the Polar slope at 23:55. Imagine tens of torches lighting the dark slope - welcome to admire!
This year Pyhä Ski Resort is celebrating New Year’s Eve without organizing a fireworks show. Instead we will welcome new year with a torchlight ski parade by Pyhä’s ski school.
Torchlight parade will start from the top of Pyhä on New Year’s Eve on 23:55. The first fire performance takes place in Tajukangas 31.12. at 18:30 and another one in front of Carsberg-house after the torchlight skiing.
Customers may light their own fireworks between 18:00–00:00 o’clock on New Year’s Eve. Please remember safety guidelines when lighting fireworks.
