PYHÄ SKI RESORT OPEN DURING STRIKE ON MARCH 3-4 2025 – POSSIBLE CHANGES TO OPENING HOURS

During the potential strike on March 3–4, both Pyhä and Ruka ski resorts will remain open and welcome visitors. However, as staffing will be limited during the strike, the opening hours of slopes, lifts, and rental shops may differ from normal.

Pyhä’s lifts will be operated by supervisors to ensure service as normally as possible. For up-to-date information on open lifts, slopes, and rental shops, check the website on the morning of March 3: pyha.fi/slopes.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We will keep our website updated so you can plan your ski day smoothly:

The Service Union PAM has announced a strike in the ski resort industry from March 3–4, 2025. The strike will take place unless a solution is reached in the collective agreement negotiations before then.
